Yes, it has an LG washer/dryer in the caboose itself. Our home is 100-yr-old former mill-row house that has doubled in size by being completely and extensively remodeled. The caboose is located at the back of our spacious back yard (which is fenced in). Great access to I-75 downtown (at Howell Mill Rd.)
In addition to the front porch entry, there are also small porches and access at either end of the caboose. The bathroom has granite floors, dark rich paneling, and a shower. The bedroom has an electric fireplace (which is also viewable from the den), brand new wall-to-wall carpeting, and a pillow-top king size bed (linens are provided). The bedroom is an extension that has been added on one side of the very well-appointed main caboose room. And, there is a wine chiller, as well as a distinct dining area for two people.
